All White Oak Creek Mercantile products are made to order and custom printed. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, style, and color selections. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
