Shipping policy

All White Oak Creek Mercantile products are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production after your order and payment are received before your item ships or is available for pickup.

Shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We currently ship within the United States only.
